• Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm all details before starting production.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin working on your custom piece.

Because these candles are made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:
